2014 Spring SLA Workshops
During the Spring of 2014, Service Level Agreement workshops were held in Winnipeg, Calgary and Saskatoon.
The workshops covered new legislative provisions, the arbitration of service level agreements, and the process administered by the Canadian Transportation Agency. Presentations also explained how shippers can prepare and use new provisions in negotiating service level agreements with the railways. The sessions were conducted by Robert Moore of QGI Consulting and Nina Frid, Director General, Dispute Resolution at the Canadian Transportation Agency (CTA).
